OUR SERVICES IN DETAIL:
General inspection
A large part of our day-to-day service is the maintenance and repair of sports cars. The service is carried out in accordance with the specifications of the respective manufacturer, which of course includes the latest diagnostic tools and, for the classics, the corresponding test equipment used at the time, which we have on hand.
Of course, our workshop services also include all necessary repair work, from brake repairs to clutch replacements. The general inspection and also the emissions test can be carried out inhouse? the testing equipment and the brake test stand with light adjustment space are available.
With our state-of-the-art 3D wheel alignment system and the adaptation of wheel load scales, we can precisely adjust and measure chassis. Years of experience in motorsports come to our aid here? the knowledge gained there can benefit our sport-oriented customers, as we can adjust the vehicle precisely to the driver's needs.
In the chassis measurements we have carried out so far, we have received positive feedback from our customers? the driving behavior of the vehicles and the lap times on race tracks have been significantly improved.
If we offer a vehicle for sale, our customers can rely on the quality. Especially with classics, everything that is necessary to ensure unadulterated driving pleasure.
We see again and again that customers are simply cheated when purchasing a new classic car. We have therefore decided to pass on our experience to the customer when making a purchase. Armed with a paint thickness gauge and a roller board, we go along. Ideally, if possible, the turbo garage on site is of course the best opportunity to inspect the vehicles.
However, it should be mentioned that we cannot see into the components and no 100% guarantee can be given, although any abnormalities do not go unnoticed by us.
AIR & WATER COOLED AS WELL AS TURBO & NATURALLY ASPIRATED ENGINES
We started repairing Porsche engines back in the mid-1980s. Over the years we have also revised the younger air-cooled models such as the 964 Turbo 3.6, 993 GT2, 964 C2 and 993. We have also completely overhauled naturally aspirated engines from the 930/10 series (911 SC).
BEFORE REVISION/AFTER REVISION
BLASTED, POWDER COATED, PAINTED OR CHROMATIZED
During the overhaul, all used parts are replaced and all add-on parts are blasted, powder-coated, painted or chromatized. We even carry out the overhaul of the cylinder heads in-house, we use for milling the valve seats our own Serdi processing machine.
INJECTION SYSTEMS
Old injection system needs special tools to check them. Especially the K-Jetronic is not so easy to handle as it seems. We have our own tools for the provement of warm-up regulators, fuel distributors and the nozzles.
ENGINE POWER INCREASE
As already mentioned, we have a lot of experience with moderate performance increases when it comes to the Porsche Turbo. Particularly in the segment of historic Turbo 1 vehicles, it is often appropriate to use the factory performance upgrade that was installed at the time in connection with a complete overhaul.
We have the components in stock as new or replica parts, depending on customer requirements and portfolio. Regardless of the fact that the vehicle has fantastic performance, it should not be underestimated in terms of value retention. There are very few vehicles with the factory performance increase at that time. This officially had an increase from 300 to 330 hp. We have already equipped several vehicles with it.
TRANSMISSION REPAIR
Here, too, we can rely on experience. In the event of gearbox damage, we can offer a repair that only replaces the defective parts and means we are not dependent on replacement gearboxes or costly complete overhauls.
WATER COOLED
We are also your reliable partner with the necessary expertise in the area of water-cooled vehicles. Whether engine removal and installation with turbocharger replacement on the Cayenne Turbo or the repair of 996, 997 or 991 engines are no problem for us.
A restoration does not always have to be a complete restoration with paint removal? apart from project vehicles with extensive body work, the “small solution” of a careful restoration that is fair to the current value is often better. Collectors are attaching more and more importance to maintaining a certain patina so that the vehicle does not lose its life history. But here too, the customer's wishes are our duty and we are happy to provide advice.

- A49 take exit 14 “Fritzlar”
- (coming from the south: turn left onto L3150 towards Fritzlar)
- Follow the right lane towards B450/Fritzlar/Edersee
- Turn right onto L3214
- At the traffic lights turn right onto B450
- Immediately afterwards turn right again onto “Brautäcker”
- And last but not least, turn left again
